ezJustice

Making courts workfor the peoplethey serve.

Chief Sales and Marketing Officer since 2019. ezJustice is the brand; StepMobile Technology, where I'm a co-founder, is the company behind it.

The why

Courts run on paper, phone tag and software older than some of the clerks using it. That costs real people real time: a juror who misses work, a person on supervision who can't reach their officer, a warrant that sits on a desk. I joined ezJustice because fixing that felt like the kind of work that matters.

What I do

Sales, marketing and implementation

That means sitting with judges and court administrators to understand how their day actually works, helping them make the case for funding, and staying close after launch so the rollout sticks.

How I sell

Five rules I don't break

  1. 1

    Understand deeply

Listen first. Study each court's challenges before offering anything.

  2. 2

    Genuinely care

    Relationships before revenue.

  3. 3

    Educate first

Share real examples of courts that made the jump.

  4. 4

    Build trust

Stay transparent from funding through go-live.

  5. 5

    Stay after the sale

The rollout is where the real work starts.

On stage

William & Mary Law School, Franklin County Municipal Court, and judicial and pretrial conferences nationwide.
