Weekly Accountability Calls
Short, structured calls to keep momentum between monthly meetups — focused on goals, feedback, and measurable progress.

These calls provide a structured forum to review quarterly/annual goals, discuss wins & challenges, and receive peer feedback to stay on track.
How it works
- Members review progress on quarterly & annual goals and share what's working.
- Each participant commits to one or more weekly "mini-goals" (called "mens").
- Random pairing creates daily accountability partners who check progress during the week.
- Calls highlight blockers; the group offers specific feedback and resources.
Community & Motivation
- Track group habit completion rates and display progress dashboards.
- Recognize a quarterly "Peak Performer" with rewards (e.g., choose the annual retreat location).
