Monthly Meetups — Structure & Logistics

Meetups are monthly at 6:30 PM at Old Bag of Nails. Below is the consistent meeting format we use to drive learning and accountability.

Frequency: Monthly
Time: 6:30 PM
Location: Old Bag of Nails
  1. 1

    Opening Roundtable (15–20 min)

Wins, challenges, and ask-for-help moments — quick updates from members to surface opportunities and blockers.

  2. 2

    Focused Workshop (45 min)

Deep dive into one of the core pillars (Systems, Marketing, Leadership, Scaling). Practical, hands-on learning.

  3. 3

    Hot Seat (15–30 min)

1–2 members bring a current challenge and receive focused group feedback and action steps.

  4. 4

Networking & Action Commitments (30 min)

Members connect, exchange contacts, and each state one measurable next step they'll complete before the next meeting.

Weekly Accountability Calls

Short, structured calls to keep momentum between monthly meetups — focused on goals, feedback, and measurable progress.

Purpose

These calls provide a structured forum to review quarterly/annual goals, discuss wins & challenges, and receive peer feedback to stay on track.

How it works

  1. Members review progress on quarterly & annual goals and share what's working.
  2. Each participant commits to one or more weekly "mini-goals" (called "mens").
  3. Random pairing creates daily accountability partners who check progress during the week.
  4. Calls highlight blockers; the group offers specific feedback and resources.
Weekly enforcement: if a member fails to complete their weekly "mens", a $1,000 penalty applies (rules set by the group). This is designed to create strong behavioral incentives and commitment.

Community & Motivation

  • Track group habit completion rates and display progress dashboards.
  • Recognize a quarterly "Peak Performer" with rewards (e.g., choose the annual retreat location).
  • Small financial stakes + peer pressure = consistent execution and results.
